For each programme I was a volunteer runner and invigilator. I helped students through workshops, set-up work-stations, and enjoyed interacting with a range of age-groups and teaching staff.
Each programme was a rewarding experience. I was glad to be part of projects that actively engaged young people and adult learning groups in art and creativity.
Since schools are moving away from STEAM and focussing on STEM learning, projects like these are extremely invaluable and more important than ever.
